Last night I was talking with someone over a drink about pachinko parlours and about whether or not online pachinko was going to become a big game or not.
He was of the opinion that too many people play pachinko purely to get out of the house, so they'll go down to the local pachinko parlour just to get out of the house.
Is this part of the reason why you play pachinko at your local parlour and not online?

Looking for online pachinko
After looking again for online pachinko (this time in Google) I'm seeing that pachinko8.com is still the website ranking highest for the game although they don't actually provide the game, they're just showing the dolphin paradise version of online pachinko that appears to continue to be the best pachinko game out there.
We'll keep you updated if we find any others online that look like they're going to compete with dolphin paradise although it really does appear that there is not a lot of interest in the game being played online at all.

After a little bit more research into the latest pachinko games online, it looks like the Dolphin Paradise Pachinko Game is still the best option for players that's available.
Playtech launched the Dolphin Paradise game to a lot of press in something like 2006 however it hasn't seen the take-up that was expected in the Japanese market online.
